"Took me 20-25 minutes to check in . Front desk was vacant. Two other people came in also to check in. The gentleman went to go find someone to assit us to no avail. Went to my room finally, key card wouldnt wk,after 3 trips to front desk was assigned a different room. Bed was hard as a rock, no microwave, no hairdryer, barely luke warm water. Wont reccomend."

"Shuttle is great and convenient. Runs every 1/2 hour. Hotel is clean and inviting. Bar and food are great! No need to look for a restaurant."

"Airport shuttle didn't respond, so we had to take an expensive Uber. Reserved a two-bed room, for my family of four, but was told at check in that only one-bed was available. Was then told that a couch was in the room, which there was not. Family members had to sleep on the floor and sitting up in an awful chair. Furnishings were rundown, cigarette burns on them."

"The room was dirty and not comfortable. The bed only had one pillow and a super hard head board that you keep hitting your head on during the night. The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and ended up checking out the very next morning and not even staying. We went and booked at a different hotel instead and just sucked up the cost on this one just to get out of there. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate and have no other options. "
