"We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue."

"The hotel is off the busy Stillorgan Road but good bus services close by and an airport bus not far away at St Helen’s Hotel about a ten minute walk - if you do not have too much luggage to carry. My room was quiet at the back of the hotel. The room and bathroom require refurbishment. Shower over bath. Good food menu in bar/restaurant; quality varied but generally good. "Haddington House was a beautiful hotel. Instructions sent ahead of time did not provide instructions for parking or a code to get into the parking. Once located, lots of space for parking on property. Location was chosen with plans to use the DART-(convenient location to train stations) to visit downtown Dublin however, it was not running. Bus transportation worked well after we located a Leap Card from a local convenient store and Bus 7 to Dublin City centre. Location was right on the baths...

"Lovely property with beautiful surroundings and a great neighbourhood. The hotel itself is charming, although it can feel a bit like a maze when trying to find your room. I stayed in Room 323, which was very comfortable. The room did not have air conditioning, but when I requested a fan, the receptionist provided one immediately, which was much appreciated. "We thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and it ended up being a 2 star hotel quality. The rooms were very basic not even offering basic amenities such as a shower cap. They seemed understaffed at the check in desk. We were so disappointed as we somehow thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and were so shocked when we arrived at the quality of the hotel. It is run down, basic, understaffed. We will not be returning there again."
