"Beautiful hotel and room. Arrived earlier than allowed check in and parked in underground car park. Notified reception and were given keys to room for an early check in. Room was spacious and clean. Easy bus ride into Dublin Centre with bus stops a short walk outside of hotel. Visited a few pubs just outside of hotel on our return from the city centre, which were nice. Didn't use hotel bar or restaurant so can't comment on these or other facilities but our room was lovely."

"The hotel was at a quite distance from city centre but with bus stop outside hotel using E1/E2 line was easy. On the other hand I had difficulty to go by bus to city centre, rather a 25minutes walk down to the DART (it was a nice day so didnt mind) was also convenient. There is also a nice park next to DART stop which is recommended. Hotel Irish breakfast was really great and staff very welcoming. Appreciated the pot of tea/and coffee on the table. Did not use bar but seemed also had nice atmosphere with live music. Room was spacious but no fridge. There are water dispansers around the hotel which was a plus to refill your water bottles. Shower room needed some attention but noting major. I used the gym which is free and seems to be independant of hotel. Only disappointment was that on hotel.com advertised the hotel had a pool which was not the case (or was closed). Price was still high considering you were quite far away the centre but with Dublin prices it was acceptable. All in all a good stay."

"* Staff were friendly. * The room and facilities were clean. Beds were comfortable. * The food at the restaurant was delicious. Wait staff were delightful. We were confused at check in about having to reserve (full/hot) breakfast the night before. You can still order it in the a.m. at a slightly higher rate. I am sure it is a way for the hotel to have adequate supplies. * Parking garage nice addition. * Enjoyed the pool. * We didn't use the spa, but it looked nice. * Our only issues were: 1. Noise from bar goers outside late into the night. 2. No fans or air conditioning, so needed to open windows to cool room, see no. 1. 3. Hotel is popular with tours coming off the ferry, which can come in late at night, see No. 1 and 2. If you are booking for a Friday or Saturday night in the Summer, ask for a room away from the front of the building."
