"The hotel was fine. It is located 10 minutes walk from the North Pier. My only quibble would be that the room was a smaller one than we had previously been given, which was about disappointing. They also need to have more power sockets near the bed"

"Cleanliness of the room was spot on, comfortable bed. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful, all staff in bar/restaurant always with a smile and helped to our needs. Cleaners was lovely and say good morning with a smile. This hotel made my mother and myself very comfortable throughout our 2 nights stay. Car park is a little pricey but it's very secure."

"I guess you get what you pay for. Positives are the entertainment and the breakfast, both of which are very good. However, the hotel is in great need of an upgrade. Rooms are very “80’s” with chipboard furniture which was more chipped than board to be honest. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. It’s cheap and cheerful but could be so much better if it had a little attention to detail."

"Amazing hotel staff so helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff work so hard and always smiling, very good with our children. Superb menu choices. Thanks also go to Jack (Jack of all trades). Always on the go ensuring any snags were resolved quickly. Great entertainment for adults and children. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thankyou so much. You have all been part in creating happy memories."

"Had a very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room spotless and modern. All round a lovely stay and good value for money. Will be returning"

"Lovely clean& comfortable hotel with everything you need & more. Very friendly, helpful staff and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We would be happy to stay again."

"This was a nice B&B with comfortable, clean bedrooms, friendly staff and in a good location. They don't offer a cooked breakfast but there were plenty of cold options."

"Room small and to hot couldn't turn the heating or off toilet was small not enough room to sit down tea cups so small 1 sip and gone lift could only fit one person not big enough for a wheelchair no disabled access to the building stairs were uneven and carpet coming up by room doors"

"Terrible. It looked like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a dead fly in room 277. The staff were extremely rude. Lack of communication and they did not acknowledge the payment through the online check-in. I demand better quality to the owner of this outrageous hotel. Please save your money and do not come to this hotel."

"All perfect and very fair price"
