"Q was immaculate, the room was finished to a very high standard, you get a very warm welcome from the owners an it would appear that nothing is too much trouble for them. Overall a very positive experience and we will definitely stay again."

"Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Die Rezeption ist ansprechend und das gesamte Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Halbpension und zum Abendessen gab es ein 3 Gänge Menü. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet. Das Stockbett im Familienzimmer war einfach nur ein Alurahmen und hat bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche gemacht. Die Pools sind relativ klein."

"We recently stayed at The Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool for two nights from Friday 3 July, and overall, we had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the whole experience felt very well organised. One of the first things that impressed us was how quick and efficient the check-in process was. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in at around 11:30am. This made a big difference...

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Broken window unable to open for ventilation. Not very good for health and safety. As you can see in the pictures they’re not very clean either. Booked a sea view Room was roasting hot and had little to no sleep. Asked reception for a fan was told £20 deposit cash went to get cash and it was given to another guest. Asked to move rooms but was fully booked. Only stayed one night instead of two as was not willing to have another sleepless night. Only option...
