"Elevator was broken. No offer to find us a ground level room. Only working ice machine on 3rd floor. Pool was empty and under repair. Room furniture very old, chipped, scratched etc.. "

Thought it was a coffee carafe with water by the instant oatmeal. Turned out to be cold water. Not marked. Parking was ample. No printed guide for tv channels. Tv remote was barely held together for one of our rooms-broke. Towels were dingy (not white) and sand paper like. Bathtub had the finish worn off inside the tub for both rooms. Tub nozzle leaked behind by the wall in one room."
