Overall it was an enjoyable experience. however the view from the room window itself was terrible bins and rundown back of building. The sink and some tiles on floor were both cracked. It had clean bed. and I liked separate sleeping room for daughter. the restaurant was timeless classic. It had beautiful bar area and nice pool. grounds were fantastic.

Tired and dirty

The family room was a good size, but very tired and tatty, and not very clean. There were cobwebs everywhere and coffee rings left on one surface, so it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. Carpet was also in need of thorough vacuuming. Disappointing at any time, concerning during Covid pandemic.

Had to ask for room change as shower was disgusting and not clean, changed to another room and this had no towels init. Balcony was dirty too, was very disappointed and to top it off wasn’t given the pin to get out the car park,so embarrassingly had a que of cars building up as nobody would answer the tannoy!

Very Average

Price for a family room was very reasonable. We chose this hotel because of the leisure facilities, we were only down for 1 night because we were visiting Crufts. We arrived in the afternoon and spent a hour or so in the swimming pool, the kids loved it. I was looking forward to a relax in the spa pool but it wasn't very good so didn't bother. The steam room was good though. Our room was a great size for a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable. However, the room smelled like a pack of dogs had stayed in there and done their business all over the carpet. We were told that no dogs are allowed in the family rooms but I am not convinced. The room decor and bathroom could do with a bit of TLC also. We probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Disappointing

My initial allocated room had very tired looking decor and was musty smelling. I was offered another room which was of a higher decorative standard but unfortunately above the kitchens and so very noisy and i was unable to ooen the windows due to cooking smells.

Lovely hotel and amenities had traveled for Crufts so location is great and only 30 min to Nec The spa facilities were great. Just what’s needed after a long journey. Pool and sauna and steam room and gym. And staff were welcoming and helpful. Towel supplies too excellent. Bar served delicious food prepared well. All round great stay.

The bar staff ignored us and would serve the male customers first. Got drinks wrong. Phoned receptionist who didn’t pick up, so had to walk back down, I am disabled! The room was cold and no heating. Won’t be coming back. Certainly not worth £140!

Nice hotel but poorly laid out.

Poorly laid out hotel. Expect to walk miles up and down stairs even taking the lifts into account. Signage not great and easy to get lost. Staff were great and it was clean and tidy.

The staff on reception are absolutely fabulous, very welcoming and friendly. Staff in restaurant not so much, although food was excellent and worth the wait in the end, considering restaurant was very quiet we had a long wait for both food and drinks to arrive. The hotel itself is in desperate need of updating as it is looking past its best. Although rooms are clean and tidy the decor and facilities definitely need a re vamp.. We booked 2 nights the first night our shower didn’t work properly and the temperature knob came off in my hand, the shower temp was cold before that then scalding hot after! Luckily that room had a bath so we were able to wash. The hairdryer did not work, for the 2nd night we were moved to another room- thanks to the lovely Lady on reception . This room was much nicer however still in need of a refurbish as tiles in the bathroom were taped up. In the 2nd room the bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous occupant!!!

çok eski, pis ve çok kötü hizmet

Öncelikle Siteniz üzerinden satın aldığım oda "GÖL MANZARALI" olmalıydı ama malesef bana verilen oda göl manzaralı değildir. Ayrıca otele geç saate giriş yaptığım halde oda iğrenç ötesi kirli idi. bize temizleyeceklerini söylediler. bende otele giriş yaptıktan sonra 4 saat sonra otele tekrar geldiğimde yataktaki pislikler hala devam ediyordu. tabiki odamı çok ısrar ederek değiştirdim. kısacası iğrenç ötesi bir oteldi. herşey çok eski . halılar pis. üstelik sizin sisteminiz üzerinden alınan oda fiyatından çok daha ucuza daha büyük odalar vardı. Ya Hotels.com üzerinden gelen rezervasyonlar için çok kötü muamele ve odalar veriliyor Yada bu bana denk geldi. Londradaki otel ve oda tecrübeme bakıncada sanki Hotels.com üzerinden yapılan rezervasyonlarda sorun var gibi geldi. orada da çok iyi ücret ödediğim halde ufacık bir odada kaldım. kısacası Hotels.com benim için bitmişti.r
