Fabulous location just a short walk from NEC. Staff are incredible. Bed is very comfortable and there is a big wardrobe and lots of drawers. Bottled water provided every day.

Ideal for NEC, we've stayed here twice now for the Gardeners World shows and got a really good night's sleep in ready to get to the show when it opened. Parking arrangements seem to be even better than last year and they now allow you to stay parked there for the whole checkout day as well rather than just the exact 24hrs but you have to ask for this when you check in - if we'd known in advance we could have avoided booking the NEC parking in advance and saved 8 quid, will know in future!

Great staff in a great hotel
Clean hotel with welcoming staff; my 8yo son was especially chatty wiht them and they gave him some chocolates. Our room was spacious and clean and inlcuded a new 65inch TV. Breakfast had a great selcetion of continental and cooked items. Again the staff were very friendly and brought out some waffles and pancakes with maple syrup for our son. THey came over to us multiple time to talk with him and chekc how our breakfast was.

Great service and hotel
Excellent stay. Arrived at hotel and greeted at reception by "Matt Lloyd" who was attentive, helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and i was able to turn the aircon off unlike another hotel i usually stay in. Easy to get too, great wifi, close to resort centre and will now be my go to place every 3 months when in Birmingham.
