When I got up Wednesday morning, there were so many ants on my nightstand. I killed a lot of them. On my way out to the conference, I reported this to the girl who was at the front desk. She said she was going to send the maintenance man to my room to fix the problem. I was given an apology and a free breakfast voucher. However, I am not convinced that anyone went up there. When I arrived back at the room around 6ish, more ants had covered unopened peppermint on the night stand while eating almost half of one. I went down again and reported the issue. A new person was at the desk. There were no other rooms available. The desk and bed area was sprayed with Raid. I had to be out of the room for a while and eventually slept on the sofa bed due to fear of ants crawling on me because my coworker and I did see a couple on the bed before the guy sprayed.
For the cost of the stay it should have been much nicer and cleaner. I stayed 2 nights each night someone was running up and down the hall making so much noise. The lobby was nice but I expected bette for the rooms. Especially for the cost. . And I was charged twice for the same night. Could not get a receipt cause “ the printer wasn’t working “ was told to wait 7 business days to get a refund!!!! Ridiculous. Never again.

Ms D was an absolute joy! She was kind and was handling multiple tasks while checking us in, did not hesitate to greet each guest that walked in even though she was answering the phone for maintenance issues and several other tasks.
Staff was less than friendly or helpful.
Breakfast was inedible as eggs were over cooked.
The “Market” was not adequately stocked (there are no vending machines). Staff advised that I walk up a hill at least 1/2 mile on a heavily traveled road with no sidewalks - I did not have a car.
