The overnight staff was very helpful, especially Alicia. However, our room had a LOT of mold in it and we went back down to the lobby, for our room switched but was offered a room that didn’t lock or one with no bathroom door. There is no hot tub even though it’s still offered on the website. When we got a functioning room the mini fridge didn’t work so we had to throw away our food. We told the cleaning staff that we didn’t need our room cleaned (we weren’t given a do not disturb sign) but they came into the room anyways and once we got back it looked like there was gum or putty on the ceiling. Overall not a very good hotel to be staying at

When we got off the elevator on our floor it smelled like weed. Our first room didn't have any hot water, ( because of the renovations) so we had to move to another one. It was clean and had hot water. The air conditioner kept in cool in the room( thank goodness). Overall our stay was good and quiet. We didn't have the breakfast. The only problem we seen was that it needs a bigger parking lot.

Staff were great! We asked to move to another room after checking in due to needing a walk-in shower and were accommodated right away. The room was a bit outdated and some of the furniture needs replacing but it was adequate for our stay.

There was no hot tub, it has been filled in...uears ago i presume. The pool temp was great, bit the pool room was nasty dirty with a rodent poison control box in the open. Our room was nice, except the smeel generated from the wet carpet around the AC unit.

Checking in the clerk was pleasant; the rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice. BUT, we were locked out on 2 different days (exterior door and room) - had to have the room key reactivated. That should not have happened!
