Out dated rusty fixtures. Linen's & decor were from the 70’s. Lampshades were crinkled & old. It smelled musty & mildewed. Charming on the outside but The Hotel needs updating. We booked a king bed but were told “our” room had water damage so we were given “double beds” on the lower floor, no elevator. The beds were comfortable & it was quiet. Parking is easy access. We felt safe but it Is what it is. Basic accommodations.

We had the lights on the room looked down. There was a roach, crawling across the floor. Toilet paper roll kept falling off. The hinges were about to come out of the wall with the toilet paper roll. Sheet had stains on it and a burn hole. Area is in the corner Along the walls were dirty.

I guess i get what i pay foe being it was cheap. Very old and run down. Saw a roach in my room the first night. No one was up frong managing the front. Very little breakfast options

Inoperable bathroom Issue

Front desk costumer service were very attentive, even when toilet was not working ,they wanted to move us to another room. We were real tired, so we stayed in the same room. They try to fix it that Saturday, but by Sunday it wasn't working again. Reported it, told them the need to fix it before renting it out again.

I expect more from Wyndham!

I understand you get what you pay for, however I paid $300 for 2 nights in a hotel that is meh at best. There was dried coffee on the floor, hair in the tub, and dead bugs near the air conditioner. You could tell this room was not fresh. The complimentary breakfast was not open at 7:00 even though they say it’s open at 6:30. I just wanted coffee. The room did not get a freshen up on my second day, the trash was not taken out and bed remained unmade. Over all it was not a good stay and I expect more from Wyndham. It’s not likely I will stay here again.

I love it here… It is still the same façade as the Key West Inn, which makes it a little dated and peeling… But I love it and I'm glad they have kept it the same… The staff is very sweet and they have redone the rooms in fun, postal themes… I love a pull up to the door motel… Competitive prices and a cute breakfast… I've been coming here for years

Not a working phone in the room, security lock not working. They did come repair the TV remote which was defective and the new one was not programmed. I didn't particular like Expedia handing my check in.

Disgusting go somewhere else

Disgusting! Mold everywhere even on the phone, smelled of severe water damage! Lysol only covered the smell for about 5 minutes! The bathroom had a bubble in the ceiling also looked like poop on the ceiling. Bugs dead and alive crawling all over coming out the drains out the ac! We had to go buy a fan cause it was hot! Not to mention we moved the sofa because we dropped something and there was lingerie from a previous tenant! They need to be shut down!

Cost doesn’t match the facility offered. Had 2-3 inch gap under main door, asked for some duct tape to prevent creatures from entering. Went to desk, Never heard back. Ended up stuffing towels under door and blocking them with a heavy cooler.
