The staff was fine. The lobby very nice. The place smells bad. The room we were in had a dirty floor and human and pet hair in the blankets. The pool water didn't seem clean and made me feel gross. I use the pool at my gym and it never makes me feel like that.

My room had a strong order of sulphur, which made sick for a wedding. I spoke with front desk explained My concerns with the room. When you got back for the evening they stayed they heavily sprayed deodorant to mask the sulphur smell.., my son whom was staying decided to leave. He could not endure for the night I remained only to be up all night with the strong sulpher smell. I felt my as a customer my concerns were not taken seriously or resolved.

It was great the pool was indoors, but the water was extremely cold. Hot tub was out of order. Air conditioning in room didn’t cool the room until about 4am. We checked in at 2:30pm. Bed was horrible, tossed & turned all night.

We stayed two non-consecutive nights. One on our way to our destination and the next on our return trip. On 5/28/26 we stopped on our drive to Florida. We were surprised with the room, it was very clean, quiet, and the A/C worked fine to remove the humidity which during this time was more important than cooling the room. The main building with reception and dining (breakfast) area was also very nice. The grounds are well maintained and the parking lot has a fence. I felt secure taking my dog out in the middle of the night. BTW, their pet fee is $25, which is more friendly than most. The return trip and stay was the night of Monday, 6/01/2026. We already knew we wanted to stay here because of our 1st experience. However, we got put into corner room 101. This room was just as clean, but was awkward. The room was made much smaller due to the enormous size of the bathroom. Maybe this was designed for someone in a wheel chair, I'm not sure. Unlike our 1st room the previous week, the A/C for this room was lacking and didn't really remove the humidity so well. Also, the curtain didn't close all of the way at the right lower corner. I could see into the room from the parking lot and see out into the parking lot from the room. There was already tape on the wall in that location which I used to tap the blind to the wall to hold it shut. My overall rating is a +. I would choose this Ramada again but I won't accept room 101.

The air in the room from the vents was pungent and almost made me want to throw up. It smelled of curry and other spices which also made my bedding smell that way. We had to leave early because it was so sickening. The owners or managers weee not friendly at all and won’t accept any responsibility for anything. I think I they take it as an insult to their culture DO NOT STAY HERE! It will fool you!

The indoor pool and hot tub was very nice, but the tile floor gets real slippery when it gets wet. My son fell as he was coming out of the pool and going to the hot tub. I would suggest some better non slip flooring around the pool and hot tub. Otherwise the stay was great and the property sits next to a Dairy Queen and very close to the bowling alley and a bar and grill.
