"We enjoyed our time at the Comfort Inn. The convenience and the locality was great. We enjoyed watching the ships at the Miami Gateway. The staff was very kind and took great care of us and the rooms were very clean. The complementary breakfast was good and convenient and there were many really excellent restaurants in the area. We would stay again."

"Great property, ocean view. The only downside is there are not elevatora that work so this would not be good for elderly or disabled people. All bathrooma appear to be on the second floor. Pill out sofa was comfy with a divider. Restaurant was good for breakfast."

"The room was sparse. Furniture a little worn and on the cheap side. Bathroom needs updating. No extra blanket, no robe, no shower cap or mouthwash, mini bar was a chocolate bar and my room was missing it. For $858 a night an extra towel or shower cap would have been nice. No room service in the hotel and the restaurant only had a small cold buffet for breakfast the next morning. Very disappointing."

"We stayed 12 nights. We are very low maintenance when it comes to staying someplace during a vacation. We don't prefer daily housekeeping and can take care of things ourselves. The loft was very nice for our needs. The furnishings were a bit outdated and sparse - not what the photos represent. Again, for our needs, it was fine. The kitchen had enough supplies for us to fix basic meals when we wanted to eat in. It had a coin operated washer and dryer available downstairs for laundry. The private beach access was about 4 to 5 minutes from the property. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it was clean and decent sized. The courtyard surrounding it was beautiful and they had several lounge chairs available for laying in the sun. The property itself is well maintained, but definitely dated compared to the surrounding properties. Signage for finding the office from the exterior of the building would be helpful for first time visitors. The manager and staff are very friendly. This property is located on Key Biscayne which is a 20 minute drive from Miami and on a toll road. There is a park on each end of the Island with a lot of public beach access. There are grocery stores, a CVS, local parks and many restaurants within walking distance. "

"Old and dirty Hotel. This should be a 2 star hotel. I have stayed ay La Quinta hotels before that are cleaner and in better condition. The pictures of the rooms are photo-shopped and deceiving. We stayed for 5 nights, they said room service will be done on day 3. They didn't. I had to call them on day 4 multiple times and still no room service. They finally cleaned my room only after I threatened to checkout on day 4 and request a refund. not worth the money to stay here. "
