It’s a 2 star hotel near train and bus station. Used very powerful,stinky cleaner. Room was very comfy. Hallway noise from other guests was quite rude but didn’t continue into night.

Nos hospedamos solo una noche. Llegamos a las 07.00 am y el hotel estaba ocupado. Pudimos dejar el equipaje en consigna sin ningún problema no coste. Cuando llegamos a las 23.00 ya teníamos la habitación. Habitación muy grande, colchón muy cómodo, habitación con cocina y muy limpia

Poco luminoso el apartamento, incompleto en algunos detalles, falta alfombra ducha, menaje de cocina y servicio habitaciones deficiente, el primer día no nos hicieron las camas y el día de salida llamaron a la puerta a las 8:30'. En cuanto a la zona exterior bastante mal aspecto y en la pza. a media tarde gente que da imagen de inseguridad.

Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen sehr späten Check-in, der etwas länger dauerte, aber waren sonst mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Schönes großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, schönes neues Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Wir hatten sogar die Appartement Variante mit kleiner neuer Küche, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das Hotel liegt zentral, über einem Einkaufszentrum, Café fürs Frühstück in der Nähe, ebenso Busse, um Bilbao zu erkunden. Sehr nettes Personal. Empfehlenswert!

Keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht

Begonnen hat es damit, dass wir gegen 12 Uhr im Hotel angekommen sind und uns gesagt wurde, man könne im Moment gar nichts für uns tun. Wir könnten auf der Couch in der Lobby bis 14 Uhr warten. Ich fliege seit Jahren einmal pro Monat fort, noch jedes mal wurde mir sonst angeboten, mein Gepäck abgeben zu können. Hier nicht. War nur nach Nachfrage möglich. Als wir abends erneut ins Hotel kamen, um einzuchecken, hieß es, das wir Glück haben, dass überhaupt noch ein Zimmer frei ist. Das obwohl ich Monate im voraus hier gebucht habe. Außerdem sei der Preis für das Zimmer eigentlich viel höher als bei der Buchung angegeben. Man würde mir rein aus Gefälligkeit nicht mehr verrechnen, weil das Hotel nicht mehr mit Hotels.com zusammen arbeite. DAS FINDE ICH ZU TIEFST UNSERIÖS! Habe nach Rückkehr telefonisch nachgefragt, natürlich bestand ein gültiger Vertrag zum angegebenen Preis. DAS ZIMMER: im Erdgeschoss, Fenster hinaus zu einem Durchgang, der nachts hell beleuchtet wurde und das Zimmer erhellte. Tagsüber kam kaum Licht ins Zimmer. Sonst sauber aber eher klein. Warum man eigentlich mehr verrechnen wollte, erschließt sich mir nicht, denn es gab auch Mängel: das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, da die Gardinenstange zu tief montiert war, Bretter im Kasten waren nicht montiert ebenso wie ein Scharnier der Kastentüre, der Vorhang war nicht gekürzt und 40cm zu lang, sodass man unabsichtlich immer drauf getreten ist.

Bien pero habitación inadecuada

El hotel y la atención son muy buenas pero sin embargo la habitación que nos ha tocado no tenía ventana y eso me daba mucha ansiedad. Solo tenía un respiradero en el baño que además daba a las escaleras de acceso a las plantas por lo tanto era muy ruidosa. Con respecto al trato, a la limpieza y al personal estoy muy contenta.

La habitación no estaba en condiciones de ser ocupada ya que estaba en obras. El agua se salía de la ducha y el baño no tenía puerta. La papelera era una bolsa de plástico puesta por ellos mismos. Las papeles de plástico.

エクスペディアからオンライン予約をし、予約完了のメールがきました。しかしチェックインの際、フロントの方に「あなたの名前はない」と言われ、予約がされていなかった。さらには予約時に支払ったはずの宿泊料を、現地でさらに請求されそうになり、あまりいい気持ちはしませんでした。
