"Reception staff very helpful,in advising how to spend time in Bilbao and local area using public transport. Offered room upgrade at a very reasonable cost. Underground safe car parking. Very Clean room and Bathroom,added bonus coffee and teamaking in room. Breakfast offering good ,plentiful.and varied"

"I had a great stay. The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Bilbao. Everything was clean and comfortable, and overall I was very happy with the hotel. The only small inconvenience was that there are no irons available in the rooms, which would have been useful. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is an excellent location close to all major attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet. Air conditioning was excellent and much needed due to the humidity. Breakfast was included that was excellent. Staff was very helpful answering our questions"
