"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served buffet-style. There weren’t too many options, but the food tasted good. I’ll definitely come back!"

"Front desk staff were accommodating and friendly! Swimming pool and sauna. Gas bbq and gadgets were clean and ready to use! Clean rooms. Exterior building needs an update to make it look modern and attractive. The walkways to the suites need repair as it is a trip hazard to the guests. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good as there were lots of choices. Prosper was the breakfast attendant and was very attentive to make sure that the counters were always clean for the next guests."

"We loved th large room with 2 queens and twin but the pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable. They need new mattresses as you can feel all the bars in the bed. Staff were so helpful our tv didn’t work and they helped and our toilet seat was loose. Would recommend just not to use the pull out! Also great breakfast and pool/hot tub"

"If you are looking for a quiet out of the way getaway this is the place. I enjoyed being the ranch with all the animals and peaceful evenings. The room had a great view despite the current Kelowna fires. Would have loved to stay longer."
