"We were politely greeted by Liam. He is really awesome!. He helped us with our reservation issue that didn't go through woth Expedia. Pool was Small on second level of building. All views were beautiful. Even our room over looking the Village Stroll Walkway. Room was a Small $150 worth room. The entrance bathroom Needs a DEEP CLEANING. close to everything! If you like to Hike & Bike, this is the place to be! Cloudracker Sky Bridge is wonderful. Staff were really nice and helpful. Overall A GREAT Village to Visit. Katherine in Arizona"

"The property was probably built in the 1980s and it shows its age in furnishings and finishes. Location is fantastic, hallways are narrow and often cluttered with cleaning staff equipment. A/C is underpowered if staying in a loft style room. The hotel could use some sprucing up. However we enjoyed our stay. I guess it is a typical Ski lodge."
