"Christian at the front desk is one of the main reasons I returned here. However the overall stay my last time was phenomenal. The room was clean, was a large room, parking was easy, WiFi was fast, breakfast buffet was perfect. Will return"

"The staff were friendly, and the hotel itself was clean, but it definitely needs some updating. One downside was that there is only one small elevator, so expect long waits, especially when other guests have luggage. The biggest issue for me was the location. The hotel is marketed as “downtown,” but it is actually about 5.5 miles away and around an 11-minute drive. When I asked the front desk, I was told downtown was only 3 minutes away, which was misleading. The surrounding area also felt a little sketchy and not what I would consider a true downtown or walkable location. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants nearby, which was convenient, but if you are wanting to stay within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, nightlife, or the fairgrounds, this probably is not the hotel for you. They do offer a continental breakfast, but we chose not to eat there. It did not look like anything particularly special, and the breakfast area itself was not very inviting. The TV selection was also very limited with only a few channels and no real movie options, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with kids and hoping to keep them entertained during downtime."

"Arrival the night staff at the desk was professional, but not very friendly to me or another potential guest. The grounds look like they were all under construction although the place look like it been renovated a while back the room had a strange odor and the beds were pretty and white so I assume clean the bathroom and the sink and need it grouting the floor was absolutely filthy. I got out of the shower and walked to the bed and my feet were black. My husband wouldn’t even let me walk down for breakfast because he said I had nothing but still cereal. It’s not a five star hotel for sure. The remote control for TV didn’t work and they wanted to send somebody down at 10 PM to fix it. We were already in bed so no news even in the morning again I felt like I was sleeping in a clean bed other than that it need a little hygiene update"
