"Stayed at the location for 2 nights and paid for a "superior" room. Reported that the ceiling light didn't work and upon switching on the wall light, the lamp came out of the wall and was only still attached by insulated wires. Reported it to reception and asked if someone could look at it the following ..."

"Clean and presentable hotel right in the heart of Barnstaple. The only reason I have dropped a star is that on a warm summer evening the rooms (no a/c) do get very stuffy even with the window wide open and the fan on. The extractor fan noise from outside then doesn’t help when you’re already struggling ..."
