My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. "I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else. The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more. Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better...

"Amazing little boutique hotel. Beautiful setting for dinner overlooking La Spezia and the harbour. The staff were fantastic and even gave our son some gifts and my wife for her birthday. Thanks guys, it was only 1 night stay on our road trip but it was very memorable."

"Great hotel if you’re not fussed about food breakfast or the pool. Staff were the only thing which was great apart from the sea view room ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay inside the room but hotel seemed to have some smell. Parking also was super busy hotel didn’t have private spots."
