"The front desk agent was nice, but the room was dirty, only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 3 people for 2 days, asked for more but front desk said they didn’t have any more. Only 1 outlet worked in the bedroom area and it was behind the night stand and falling out of the wall. Sliding door to balcony broken and wouldn’t lock, bed was broken. Stove and refrigerator were dirty, rusted."

"If you’re looking for a relaxed beach front hotel, this is your spot. Place was great, pools were amazing and well maintained. Beach access was so nice. If you’ve read any of the negative reviews on yelp like me, disregard them! This place was great and my husband and I cannot wait to go back."

"Stayed on May 11th and 12th. Only one elevator worked and room was on the 10th floor. Waited too long for elevator access. Left room on Tuesday, May 12th at 9am and returned after 6 pm. No housekeeping service was conducted on room, spoke to front desk who stated mustve been a slip up, but housekeeping was done for the day. Did not provide any assistance, ie: I can get you clean towels if you like. Due to rain, water was pooled in front of my room door in a puddle from Tuesday through Wednesday morning when I checked out. Was charge a higher rate for my stay that what I booked on Expedia."

"We enjoyed our stay very much! We would definitely stay here again. Michelle, David, Jojo and Clinton were fantastic! They made the experience so much better! Only complaint is the food at the restaurant was not fantastic. Spa was great as well. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend!!!"
