"I found the location to be excellent- within a comfortable neighborhood, close to the tram and to Bilbao Intermodal. The night desk clerk is an angel! He resolved my booking issues, got me checked in at 4:30 am and gave me fresh coffee while he worked his angel magic."

"Qualité standard des Ibis budget toujours à son bon niveau d'accueil, de propreté et de confort.
L'hôtel permet de rayonner sur Bilbao et sa région grâce à un accès routier très facile. Des commerces se trouvent à 10 minutes à pied dans le village voisin. L'accueil m'a même été fait en français. "
