Beds & pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed the scent of the bathroom toiletries. Nice view of city from our room. Convenient location with lots of good restaurants close by. Not far to get to train. Love that they allow dogs & cats. (We didn’t bring our dogs but it was nice to see a dog there). Very quiet room. Wasn’t the typical loud hallways and slamming doors situation. Would absolutely stay here again!"
"Stayed here for a concert and a good amount of the other bookings were also concert goers. Staff was friendly and the rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is an older building and the rooms are about as basic as they come, but we did have a fridge and microwave that was handy. For the price, easy parking, and location, I would easily stay again and recommend. "

"Really good stay at the Thompson. Fantastic location in the Gold Coast area right on the triangle with Gibsons, Tavern on Rush, Bellevue & Luxbar all on the doorstep. Room was great, really comfortable bed, superb shower and toiletries and an amazing view from floor 19. Common areas were really nice - there seemed to be a slight issue with the drains on occasion (!) but that did not affect the rooms at all, just the entrance area. Staff really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here...
"I would stay at the Godfrey again. I felt very comfortable in my room. I did not see any bugs. The room was clean. It has some minor scratches/bruises/bumps on a few surfaces, but for the most part, it suited all of my needs. Drinking water being provided by the front desk was convenient. I was able to store my bags at the desk at check out until my afternoon flight. Walkable neighborhood, short rideshare ride to everywhere I needed.
