"Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. "Honestly, the hotel is just okay. The staff was friendly, and location is convenient. Our room was at street level, and we had no privacy. We could not raise the blackout blinds because everyone passing by could get a clear view of the inside. Our room was extremely noisy. We could not sleep at all. There were huge thuds and bumps all night. Extremely annoying. I also found the beds to be too soft for my liking. And Four Point- what's up with the penny pinching? I paid $350/night for a room, and you leave me ONE bottle of water, no tissue box in the room, no microwave, no electric kettle. It is a let down. Imagine yourself in a slightly upgraded motel with no free breakfast."

"Was disappointed in my stay having read the reviews before booking. The front door to the building stays open for a few minutes after you enter the code, so anyone on the street can easily just open and close the front door to the hostel as they please, and since there isn’t anyone at the front desk (or wasn’t the entire time we visited) there’s really nothing stopping someone just wandering around the place if they wanted. Our room (room 7) was directly above a restaurant, so every night and morning we got to hear them loudly rearranging their furniture. The portable AC in the window meant having to keep it open, on an already pretty loud street. And the electric heater in the bedroom that I needed to use one night fell over in the middle of the night because its legs were broken. The shower was cold. So I used the other bathroom the next day. It was also cold. In the end, I booked a stay at a hotel for my final night and didn’t bother staying the full time. Not that we were missing much because the hostel was completely devoid of any life or buzz. In my opinion, avoid."

"Room was adequate. Unknown extra $25 charge on my credit card. When you walk in, a very STRONG cloyingly sweet air freshener smell (not too bad in the room). I realized during my stay it's because it's trying to hide a very, very funky underlying smell. Also, my room was across from the shared bathrooms, big mistake. Why do people slam doors at 1:00 am? Good enough due to proximity to the event venue. Expect to be woken up early and late by the noise."
