"The bed was so comfortable and the king suite was huge like an apartment. We loved this hotel on a pedestrian-only street in San Ignacio. The hotel provided free water and had a well stocked kitchen for light cooking and reheating. 10/10 would stay here again. Close walk to farmers market and many restaurants."

"Breakfast was very fresh and well presented and served. Room was clean and well serviced. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming with a very refreshing drink served on arrival. We didn’t use the spa but enjoyed the pool. The shuttle service was also convenient as we didn’t have a car. A great stay - thank you!"

Carroll was very friendly & helpful as was the young lady who worked the reception & Luis, the security was great, too. Beautiful boutique hotel with the cutest little coffee shop.
