We have been to pueblo many times but first time in this hotel. Would definitely go again.
Only down side was disappointing because of the all the maintenance work going on in pueblo but that was out of their hands. Hopefully next year it will be back to normal "
"I had a very good experience. The hotel had a perfect location and the breakfast buffet was great.
They had bands instead of cards to access the rooms which didn't work sometimes so that was a bit annoying but later the bands were fixed, apart from that the hotel rooms had no iron to press clothes. But overall the experience was very good."

The swimming pools are super clean, one is more for swimmers, another one for babies and the main one to chill.
Overall, everything is still brand new / recently renovated in the property and in the rooms, you can't really complain about anything.
Breakfast is quite good (but not amazing), but we've been there for 3 nights, let's say it was enough, as the food was the same every single morning.

"The hotel was close to the beach and it also had a good pool and spa the nights where quiet and relaxing having a supermarket was also a good idea and the ping pong table was also fun for everybody. The staff and the reception where nice to and finally the help for the luggage was really useful "

Il faut savoir qu’ « Holiday World Resort » est un groupement de plusieurs hôtels qui sont indépendants les uns des autres.
Je regrette de ne pas avoir eu notion de cela étant donné que les horaires d’accès aux restaurants ne sont pas les mêmes en fonction des hôtels (des 18h30 chez certains, d’autres pas avant 19h ce qui est important pour les tout petits)....
