"Super luxury . Amazing staff and the breakfast is out of the ordinary . Majestic view from the restaurant at the 8th floor and also the rooms . Rooms are big , clean bathroom is super staff is great and almost takes care of every request . Pool and spa is also amazing the location is perfect . Could not have asked for a better hotel. My whole family just loved it . "

"Nikos at the dedk was exceptionally helpful. I have never seen anyone go do far above a beyond to help guests. Chris in the upstairs bar was also outstanding. What a joy to stay at this hotel. In the center of the city walking distance to so much history and with the best staff. Wonderful"

"This was a great hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was fantastic. It is near everything.However, the neighborhood, while so much fun and interesting, is loud. If you go to sleep early or address a light sleeper, look a bit further away from the action. There were bars blaring music into the wee hours. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Lovely large hotel with all the amenities and services you’d expect from the Hyatt. Big rooms too. Great view from the terrace. Staff at reception were perhaps not super helpful in providing all information. In terms of location, it’s probably a tad bar to get into the main tourist area (20 mins - fine but not easy to go back and forth), plus on a main road / highway so not a pleasant walk."
