"One on bollard is a perfect vacation getaway. The hosts are most welcoming, the rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast is beyond delicious. Everything is home made starting from the butter and bread. They also serve a special of the day which is a creative sweet or savory dish. Leisure Island as a destination is a must in South Africa due its beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere. I can highly recommend!"

"Beautiful views and great potential, but the experience felt rushed and a bit flat. The property sits on expansive land with roaming wildlife, including zebras — a real highlight. There are colour coded hiking routes across the property, which are a nice addition. Staff were friendly, and dinner was delicious — a beautifully cooked beef dish followed by dessert. "L’hotel è molto caro, ma non vale i soldi spesi. Le camere sono standard, non tanto grandi; per andare a letto da una parte è molto stretto e non si può fare a meno di pestare la tenda, che è quindi piuttosto sporca. I battiscopa e il muro, soprattutto del bagno, avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, perché sono scrostati. Le pareti sono sottili e si sentono tutti i rumori esterni.
