"This hotel needs a major refurbishment, I like the 1970's early 1980's style, but the hotel is just not worth the price. One of the elevators was not working, the carpets are worn and tired, the rooms are OK at best. Overall the hotel just needs a wake up call."

"NOTO is a new hotel, so I know they're working out some of the details. However this is definitely a hotel geared for men. Everything in the room was installed at a much higher height , from the level of the sink to the height of the toilet and the shower head. When I checked in, I was not given my room's wifi password and when I asked about it, I was told I needed to speak to a manager and they were gone for the day. Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ......

"From the smoke smell to the noise from upstairs neighbours to the disgusting toilet and bed. We left in the middle of the night because we couldn’t stand it anymore. I wouldn’t stay here if they pay me for it!"

"Good location for overnight transfer. There is also shuttle bus to the airport, just only inform them. Though, it is close to the airport, it's not noisy. Plus, it's easy connect to the train station if you want to go to the train station by bus. Importantly, Staff is friendly. "
