"We booked two nights here. I understand it's a history property, but it's one of the smallest rooms I've ever been in. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom, and there was a stain in the ceiling tiles, which looked like office tiles. There was no mini fridge which seems like it ought to be standard. Worst though was we had no hot water. When we called the desk at 10pm, the girl at the desk said she would have to reset the water heater and it could take a half hour or longer. We canceled...

"You could tell the room hadn’t properly been clean. There was toothpaste all over the sink stuff all over the walls. The covers had cigarette burns and the whole place just smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room I booked a room with a single king bed and they changed it to a room with two full beds instead"

"Room was clean. Lobby and check in was locked down and behind glass. Outside doors were unlocked and did not require a key the 3 times we used them. Our door had a deadbolt but chain lock was missing. Did not feel safe."

"Roxanne the manager on duty was great! She was very attentive and kind and funny with jokes. She was smiling from the time we checked in until the day we checked out and always asked if everything was going well and if I needed anything any time she saw me in the lobby etc. Rest of the staff was friendly and kind as well and met all our needs while we stayed. We typically don’t ask for much :). Would def stay again!"

"Our room was dirty along the baseboards and doors, the shower handle didn’t work and had to have someone fix it, the shower was dirty along the perimeter. We forgot a couple things in the room and they threw them away."
