"Breakfast was fresh, Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room temperature was comfortable. Very clean rooms. Negatives were shower pressure was low and I picked up a screw in the parking lot resulting in a flat tire. There was construction materials that weren’t cleaned up In the parking lot. ( screws, nails, wood etc.)"

"This is a dorm of Seneca polytechnic. Rooms are not fancy, but well maintained and clean. I gave 4 stars only because carpet in the whole building smells a little bit like any old carpet and parking garage in 2 minutes from the building, which is not convenient in rainy weather."

"My room faucet was broken and I asked the hotel front desk to repair it in the next day, but the front desk staff forgot to notify their maintenance team until I asked them again next day afternoon."

"The room was clean. However, there were missing soaps in the bathroom. We had to have the fridge replaced and adjusted twice. The first time, the door did not align and the fridge had to be replaced. The second time, the fridge was set to be like a freezer. Everything froze in the fridge. The room temperature went up to 30 degrees, and I had to call twice before someone would come to fix the problem. Standard amenities, such as a microwave, were only available if I paid extra for them."
