"The room smelled of mildew or extreme humidity. We are never offered an upgrade, after 5 visits in one year. We also are usually given, as we did this time, a room on the side of the traffic which gets noisy early in the morning. The breakfast is very nice. The hotel is convenient to the airport ..."

"The buffet food is not very good with limited options. Flies were over the food. The room service and bar food was good though. Only two things I didn’t like was the windows were dirty so not the best to look out of and the shower had no shelves to put your own soap etc. on."
