"Unfortunately we seem to have been given the worst unit despite all the others being empty! No heater, broken shower head, shower draining too slowly to cope with the flow, table dangerously unstable, toilet consistently running, bench sofas which weren’t comfortable at all. "

"Abbiamo passato una vacanza incantevole in questa struttura. Si tratta di una villa molto grande, dotata di ogni comfort, con giardino, terrazzo e rooftop privati, vista mare. Il parcheggio è davanti all'ingresso. La cucina è enorme e attrezzata, il servizio di pulizia impeccabile. Le camere sono grandi, con bagno in camera e letti comodi. Vicinissima alla spiaggia, con ottimi servizi forniti dalla struttura: cambio asciugamani, piscina, servizio di rientro dalla spiaggia, prenotazione...

"This property was really nice. Seemed new. Thoughtful note and welcome basket. Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. I highly recommend. My only caveat is to bring your own water as the water from the tap tasted undrinkable. "

"We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. Unfortunately the maids had...

"Hübsches kleines uriges Dörfchen, etwas außerhalb der nächsten Stadt, dafür sehr ruhig und erholsam. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!"

Habitaciones, relax total, un acantilado a 30 segundos con unas vistas preciosas, y el personal del hotel ayudando siempre recomendandote sitios impresionantes para visitar. Si vuelvo a Algarve, sin duda volveria a venir a este hotel, nos volvemos muy satisfechos a Barcelona!"

"El hotel del miedo. Se cae a cachos. Parece recién bombardeado. Olor nauseabundo, indescriptible nada más entrar. No tengo espacio para mencionar tanta mediocridad. El precio "asequible" no justifica su lamentable estado. Si eres exigente no es tu hotel. Las vistas son excepcionales y el personal amable. Este hotel merece una reforma a fondo."
