"Pros: clean room,location and hotel has a luft Cons: very noisy at night. Breakfast advertised in the room as starting at 7am but it starts at 7:30am onwards l. If you have a toyr ir early departure, don't bother."

"The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads.
