"The hotel was very nice but the front desk was not 5 star feel. The check in was cold and when I asked questions about sites and suggestions it was not as friendly as expected at 5 star hotel. Barely any smiles and just felt unwelcoming. amenities are good and food was mediocre- very salty."

"Pros : Kindly staff, variety of breakfast buffet choices, location of hotel Cons : useless slow room Wi-Fi, don't change bed sheet unless requested, taste of breakfast doesn't live up to expectations, annoying cigarette smoke odor inside the room supposed to be non-smoking room."
