"Window shade wouldn't pull down. Had no privacy until we stuffed wastebaskets and pillows over the window. No refrigerator in room. Toilet seat was loose. Dim lighting around bathroom mirror. Registration clerk told us breakfast began at 8 a.m. It began at 6 a.m."

"We had a great stay! The customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were especially nice. The only small downside was breakfast. hot items like bacon and biscuits ran low, and the waffle maker was out of order. Overall, a very positive experience and we would definitely stay again!"

"The person checking me in was very rude. He checked us in… never telling us he couldn’t give us a king room. Not till i went to the room and seem it was wrong. Said they could never guarantee from a third party booking. Only after i paid did i find out we coukdnt get a king size bed which is what my booking was for…. He just walked off from the desk. Last time to book with this hotel. "

"When we folded out the couch to make up the bed for my son, there was still a crumb-covered, dirty fitted sheet on the bed and there were wrappers and a dirty pillowcase on the floor inside the couch. The couch mattress also still had firm plastic wrapped around it that was noisy when my son tried to sleep. The bathroom did not have surfaces to hang or set things on, which was very difficult for four of us with toiletry bags and clothing we needed to hang up while taking a shower. A few hooks or a countertop / shelf that could hold items would have been very helpful. Also, we were given an accessible room, and when we flipped on a light switch upon arrival, it set off a deafening alarm. I'm sure it was some kind of safety feature for the room, but the switch wasn't labeled in any way and was located inside the door to the room, so it was very frightening."

"At first I was a little taken back by the look. Once I talked with Nick and he explained everything I was good. I was in for a convention. All the rooms were just remolded and the building I stayed in was a fairly new. The carpet was like you floating on air. The Bathroom was marble floors, sink and tub again it look brand new. Refrigerator and microwave all looked new and a Coffee pot with free coffee a nice touch. Bed Slept good. This was like a new place. It is hard to make a place this nice when the town doesn't have many conventions or a lot of out of town guest. I was pleasantly surprised. I will stay there again next year for sure. Very nice people and a well kept place. You need to stay there."
