"I really liked this hotel. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. I had an amazing night’s sleep! The staff were very helpful, if I had any queries, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was that the lock didn’t work on my room door. I flagged it at the desk, when I left after my one night stay, and they said they’d get onto it."

"Excellent hotel, great location, bit of a warren of corridors when finding room, well sign posted though. Only issue I would point out is the menu for snacks etc was a bit confusing as to what you could order depending on where you were sitting. Would definitely use this hotel again if revisiting Bedford."

"Stayed at the Willows Training Centre. Plenty of free parking. The room was adequate albeit no air conditioning in the room which was a shame but not insurmountable - took own fan in addition to the one supplied. As a keen photographer although all the gear, no idea, the lake area was superb. Traffic was dire due to road closures so getting in to Bedford took longer than expected but found another acceptable route. All-in-all I'll be back 👍"
