"Hair all over the blankets. When we asked them for more pillows they said “f*** you bye”. All we did is politely ask for pillows yet they cursed at us and shut the phone in our face. "

"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Tolles kleines Hotel mit 8 Zimmern und mit tollen geräumigen Zimmern. Immer wieder gern. Für Geschäftsreise und Urlaub gut geeignet. "

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."
