"Karina is an awesome host. We had payment issues and she was very patient and tolerant with us. The suite is very cozy and warm and even though it's on the lowest floor it's very bright and cheery. Walking distance to central Bath. We will stay here again next time we're here."

"Perfect for a city break. The rooms and communal areas are clean and modern. Breakfast is fresh and there's lots of choice. Some people said there is no bacon at breakfast, but that's incorrect – as of October 2025, there *is* bacon at breakfast. Location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and city centre. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of car parking, but that's due to its central location so can't do much about that! I used JustPark to get parking nearby."

Comfortable bed, quiet at night as it is situated on a hill above the city. Great views! The breakfast is delicious, made to order - big thanks to the catering staff! A short walk about 10 mins downhill takes you into the heart of this beautiful city, a slower slightly uphill walk back. Recommend parking in the private off road bays where it is flatter. A...
