We also needed to extend our stay by one night with short notice, and Matias at the reception was very helpful and pragmatic in making arrangements to keep our room for another night. The room is small, very narrow, bed was too soft, I need to see chiropractor after my trip due to I slept on this bed with no back support.! if you have a sensitive back, I would not suggest to stay only good thing is the staff is friendly and the location is very close to all the restaurants."

"Was here overnight, so could not even see the Spa or Pool. However property was nice, staff was great. Jonathan was able to arrange for the room to have separate beds. Room fixtures were great, the breakfast splendid. Location turned out to be next to the 'Presidio' which I recommend you visit to understand Ushuaia."
