"Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed. "

"A few misleading elements....1. There is no parking included-this is a very busy area and its street parking only. 2. There is no beach view. 3. Breakfast does not start at 7 am as stated. It's a neat building centrally located. Great place to eat on the street level! It was an old palace and has fabulous chandeliers and characters. Could use a thorough cleaning."

The breakfast need some fruit and proteins even if is supposed to be an Italian breakfast…be conscious that the room is on the 2 floor and no lift. The location is good and close to a parking (35€/ night)because no street parking. "

"Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant....

While I gave the "staff" a 4 star rating please be aware there is really no staff on site save for a guard often at the front gate. George himself is a very very gracious host and very pleasant to deal with. The location of the apartment is great for access to the primary avenue that runs through the center of turn. The building was very quiet in the evening making sleep easy to come about. A very large shared kitchen...
