Terrible Customer Service. The reception personnel quite rude with customers. Absolutely helpless.
They clean the rooms ONLY every three days. Even if you request to get your room clean, they won’t do it. It took them two days to bring toilet paper and towels to the room (I am not exaggerating).
We have to buy toilet paper at the grocery store. They always lied about everything: anything you request at the reception: they always sayid: “you’ll get it in the next few hours”. They never showed up.You have to go to the reception several times to remind them about your request. The lines of people waiting at the reception to get help were INSANE.I have never experienced such a TERRIBLE service. Not even in a motel you get such a bad service. In a scale from 1 to 10 they don’t even get 1.
The smell of trash outside the building is unbearable and the loud music until 3-4 a.m make your staying a nightmare.
There is nothing compared with what they offered on their website. I never write reviews but I have to write this one to let people know in advance how terrible this hotel is. I hope they change the whole management team and reception personnel. They are very aggressive, disrespectful and never help with anything you need. Not even with the basic needs that a hotel should offer (toilet paper, towels, hand soap and iron.
To summarize, please find other options where to stay because this property is the worst one in the whole hospitality industry.
