"It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. "

"Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren schön und grundsätzlich sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker. Leider war der Service recht schlecht. Unser Zimmer wurde 3 Tage nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir ein entsprechendes Schild an der Tür hängen hatten. Nach einem Ausflug nach Tiflis war plötzlich unsere Karte gesperrt und es wurde behauptet, wir müssten uns mit dem privaten Vermieter auseinander setzen, dabei hatten wir beim Hotel gebucht. Haartrockner oder Seife im Hotel Fehlanzeige....

"We rented 2 large suites. One room had a broken shower. The other room had plumbing issues so the shower water wouldn't drain and flooded the room. Sigh. I asked them to fix it (it was just a one night stay) and they didn't. On the plus side, the area is nice, Georgia is nice, and they ensured my luggage wasn't stolen when I left it at 9 am and picked it back up at 6 pm the next day."
