"Wow - what a wild ride this was - first room tv didn't work and inhouse phone was broken - second room everything was fine until we tried to take showers and realized that there was no way to regulate the water temp. The place was clean, the beds were really comfortable and the staff was fantastic to deal with - but it sure could use some upgrading."

"The staff was incredibly helpful and found us rooms despite the fact that the hotel didn’t have the room we had booked. My bathroom ran out the conditioner. The room was clean and the bed mattress needed updating. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Thank you. "

"The entrance is a little tricky to find and VERY easy to pass, but we finally got in. The room itself was clean and comfortable but a little attention to detail could be had with cleaning. There was a couple hairs in the bathroom and the floors felt a little dirty. Shower was hot, bed was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed after 9 hours on the road. The night clerk was a very nice gentleman and very welcoming."

"Honestly, that hotel looks abandoned. The reception area is empty, the atmosphere feels heavy, and it is pitch black inside. The parking lot was nearly empty, and there were numerous cigarette and marijuana butts at the entrance. Honestly, I trust the app, but I do recommend doing a better job of verifying the current status of these establishments; many of them look nothing like their photos. The upside was that I requested a refund, and the support team handled it with great care and professionalism. 🙏"
