Bat Trang Packages (Flight + Hotel)

The room 903 was clean, the bathroom on the other hand, had multiple issues. The bath did not drain properly, flooding issue, the shower head did not work, the water mixer would produce scalding hot water or cold water, that was a challenge and last but not least the tiles in the shower was loose under foot. I reported this to the front desk and hope it will be repaired before the next guest, gets that room. Breakfast was in a building 2 minutes walk. Staff was friendly, shout out to Mia.

Had a great 5 days at this hotel everything went perfectly the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of verity. The room was clean and loved the glass bathroom

We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again.
