Hotel has connections with private transportation services that are all accountable. My son was sick during the stay and hotel helped us get transportation to emergency at 10pm (there was limited public taxi in the town). Hon vägrade att överhuvudtaget hjälpa till under vår vistelse utan uppträdde arrogant genomgående. Vi gjorde vårt bästa för att kommunicera med henne men hon var rakt igenom otrevlig. Värdinnan talade inget annat språk än italienska så vi fick översätta allt digitalt (hon vägrade hela tiden göra motsvarande). Det rum vi fick hade avsevärda brister men...
