"The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable bed, clean bright room with a nice bathroom. If you play golf it would be a great stay especially for a couple. Nice grounds. Just wish it wasn't a former plantation because those were not places to be celebrated, if you just think about what happened there for two seconds."

"Nice hotel and great staff - but really disappointed in the TV set-up in our room! In the one bedroom suites the TV in the bedroom works great, but for some reason (and it is in all the suites) the TV in the sitting room will not connect to the internet, and the guide does not show any info. The staff confirmed that it was set up wrong and is too expensive to change. Really sad for a nice (and expensive) place like this. If there was a decent option I would stay elsewhere."

"The water pressure in the shower was non-existent, there was an outlet without a cover plate (safety issue) not enough towels, the drain inside the tub is all rusted out.Also, it appears they are doing some renovations but the amount of trash along the building leaves a lot to be desired. "
