"The location of this property was right downtown in Worcester, Massachusetts. Walkable to some of the restaurants in the area. The staff was lovely and very helpful. We did not eat on the property, but it looked like there was a place to have a bite to eat and drinks. Our room was nice, and the bathrooms were updated. The property seemed very clean and well-maintained."

"Absolutely loved our stay here with our two golden doodles! We were in town for our daughter’s hockey game. We stay in chain hotels most weekends snd leave our dogs home . We made a little trip out of this 2 game series and The Colonial Hotel was the perfect little getaway."

"We made a reservation for a suite, but I didn't pay attention to the beds (king bed and sofa bed). The staff looked at our reservation and saw that there were 4 guests total and upgraded our room for us so that we had a room with a king bed and a shared room with 2 queens. AND they made this change before we even arrived. Will definitely stay here again!"
