"15 minute drive from the airport and 7 minute walk to the Metro made it convenient for our purposes, although outside of the city center, so it required a 45 minute Metro ride to get to the main tourist attractions. "The hotel is quite nice, and clean. The rooms were modern and spacious. The breakfast was great, as well as room service. The staff was super helpful. We arrived early and they checked our baggage so we could explore the city. The font desk was very informative with directions and suggestions for the city. The airport shuttle was nice and timely, and convenient to the airport. My son left his glasses and they found and shipped them to is in the US."

"We purposely chose an American chain hotel with air conditioning in mind. As soon as you walked into hotel it was hot and muggy. The ac could not keep up with the temperature outside. "The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff and service was terrible, hence the low rating. The service I found was always slow throughout my stay, regardless of whether it was busy or quiet. And I found every member of staff at reception rude and unwelcoming. I feel as though this needs to be improved as this is the first point of contact for customers, and immediately left a sour taste in my mouth before I even got to my hotel room.
