"This hotel is just the right fit for the paradise that is Santo Antao. The staff is warm and friendly, the food is stellar and the rooms are elegantly decorated as is the entire property. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!"

"This property has a great view of the harbor and a rooftop pool. The staff is very friendly. It is a larger property so the rooms feel very standard issue. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint echoes another reviewer's: there are some type of very small ants that were present in the room during my stay. I found this annoying. The restaurant, Americos, is excellent. If you value a view and a hotel with a pool that is convenient to the ferry, this is the place. Personally, I would explore...

"La chambre est quelconque, à notre arrivée : pas de serviette, pas de savon de douche. Le coffre ne fonctionne pas, ce qui oblige de se balader avec passeport et argent. Et le ballon d’eau chaude ne permet pas de couvrir l’ensemble des chambres. Mais c’est surtout l’absence de service qui pose un problème. Aucune réponse à un problème ( pour nous c’est le transfert inter île). Ils vous laisse vous débrouiller. Les gens de l’accueil sont juste bon pour réserver un taxi. Pas plus "

"The property is new and clean, you always see the staff cleaning, the suite is well laid out and clean. They refill our water bottles everyday. But we didn't have slippers in the room until I asked a few times then they delivered them after 3 days, and there's only 1 toilet in the suite. We went in April while it's about 25 degrees, it's quite windy so can't really swim in the sea with the big waves, the pool water also is cold so while I swam a bit, my young kids didn't want to. Food is good...
